RATTLESTICK PLAYWRIGHTS THEATER
Rattlestick is a multi award-winning 501(c)3 company and recipient of the Ross Wetzsteon Memorial Obie Award for our development and production of new and innovative plays. In order to best foster the future voices of American Theater, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater’s mission is to provide a positive, nurturing experience for emerging playwrights; to present diverse and challenging plays that otherwise might not be produced. We are committed to the creation, development and production of new works and of new writers. At Rattlestick, producing the playwright is as important as producing the play. In putting the playwright first, Rattlestick seeks to help writers explore their craft, giving full voice to a wide range of perspectives and ideas.
