We have spent the past few months working with web designer James Malley to redesign our website. We are in the early stages of launching it, so we'd love you to check it out and give us feedback -- try to break it, spot typos, find bad pages/links, etc.
Also, if you have any old Rattlestick postcards, memorabilia, production photos, articles or memories you'd like to see included in the site, please pass them along. And feel free to submit possible links for us to include in our neighborhood and links pages. Of course, we can't do it all, but we want and value your feedback.

Having a new lobby in your theater for under $10:
Priceless
This summer, there were many
physical changes in our
space at 224 Waverly.
First, with all hands on
deck and the help of many
friends, we at Rattlestick
renovated our tiny box
office area to make a usable
working office space (this
was more than $10). We still need a new desktop or two and some other items (hint, hint), but the change has been amazing. And in July, Lou Moreno and our new Production Manager, Kathryn Pierroz, set out - with no budget to speak of -- to renovate our lobby area. Mission accomplished, and the new lobby space has been officially Christened "The Happy Accident."
Special shout outs for office and bar renovation: Lou and Kathryn (oh so much); Nikki Walter (design concepts); Ira Lopez & Jenny Maguire (wall-prep work); Madeline S. McEneney, Wilhelm Steenkamp, Sandra Coudert and Richard Helgason (painting); Elliot Nesterman & Chris Lukas (late night techies); Deborah Yachun (memorial script library); David Van Asselt (storage space preservation) Jacob Murphy (elbow grease). |
