Pedro Pascal (Director) has been working with David Van Asselt and Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, directing the world premiere of underneathmybed by Florencia Lozano, as well as readings of Daniel Talbott’s Yosemite and David Anzuelo’s Killing Play. A special thank you to David Van Asselt for risking so much and making sure that some of this city’s most unstable artists have a home. As a member of the LAByrinth Theater Company he has developed work as a writer, actor and director. Earlier versions of underneathmybed were presented at the LAB Summer Intensive and as part of The Barn Series/Live Nude Plays at the Public Theater. He directed Lozano’s second play girl in window for the same festival. His first play Flaca Loves Bone was part of the LAByrinth Summer Intensive ’09, directed by Sarah Silverman, and was presented again as part of LAB’s Punch the Clock Festival, which he directed.
